  1. we do 90 90 Glute PNF on the right side before lef side movements and left side PNF before right side movement or it is just a mistake

    1. In 90-90 you’re training both sides at the same time but in opposite movements. We are developing external rotation and stretching the glutes on the front leg and internal rotation on the back leg.
