I work with anyone looking to improve themselves, whether you’re a beginner, an athlete, or someone recovering from an injury. I love to help people realise what their body is capable of.
Coaching is completely tailored to you, if you have no equipment or don’t want to go to the gym then your program will be designed to make the most of what you have. However, access to items such as a pull-up bar, small adjustable weights, resistance bands, rings, yoga blocks etc will help make training more efficient and effective.
After a sign up and initial consultation, you’ll receive an assessment based on your goals to establish your current ability and what limitations might be in your way. Once this is completed, you will get a personalised program with video demonstrations and instructions. Communication happens through the coaching app, emails, or live video sessions to provide guidance, feedback, and progress tracking.
Program & Customization
Progress is tracked through regular check-ins, videos you share of your workouts, and detailed assessments of your mobility and strength improvements.
I will always work with you to create a safe and effective plan that takes into account any injuries or limitations, focusing on gradual improvement and recovery.
Sessions & Interaction
Live session frequency depends on the package you choose. Some people prefer a more independent approach with focused programming, while others may opt for weekly check ins to maximise their work.
I aim to be as flexible as possible to your schedule and timezone. If any calls are missed, you can reschedule at another convenient time.
Yes, all packages offer messaging through the app or email for questions, feedback, or adjustments between video sessions.
Results & Commitment
Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and goals. I recommend everyone takes a long term mindset to their practice and how they can support their body to express the abilities they want long into the future.
I always strive to make the most of the time you have. If it’s 20 minutes, twice per week that is much better than 0. However, we need to be realistic and understand that certain skills require a lot of practice to achieve and progress will be relevant to this.
Technology & Support
Coaching is primarily delivered through Everfit so a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection is required. Calls are primarily taken through Google Meet but I can be flexible to your preferred medium.
You’ll receive clear video demonstrations and detailed instructions for each exercise. If you’re still unsure, you can ask questions via message, on a call and send videos of your form to your coach for feedback.
Yes, many people find online coaching very effective because it offers individualised programs, flexibility, and ongoing support. Plus, it eliminates the need for travel.
Costs & Value
Coaching is based on a 1 month rolling contract which requires 1 month’s notice of cancellation.
