The extra light band is unique due to its resistance of only 2-6kg which makes it perfect for warming up or priming before a workout and rehab.
The light band offers a light to medium resistance of only 5-15kg which makes it perfect for making movements easier, adding additional resistance or as a travelling workout tool.
The medium band offers a heavy resistance of only 8-24kg which makes it perfect for harder accessory movements. It can additionally be used for assistance with movements like the pull-up.
The heavy band offers a heavy resistance of only 10-30kg which makes it perfect for mobility work like joint distractions or the hardest resistance for lower body work.
