Tom and Ulrik have come together to create a workshop with a unique blend of handbalance, bodyweight strength and mobility. The full workshop is an intense 2 days of learning how to train more efficiently and intelligently for handstands and bodyweight skills. The advanced handbalancing workshop is an in-depth session into perfecting the two arm handstand and how to train effectively for the one arm handstand.
