  • Unlocking the hips with hamstring flexibility

  • Development of hip flexor and front splits

Day 3 - PM | Pancake, Middle Splits - 2.5 hours

  • Hip range of motion assessments

  • Opening the hips with middle splits

  • Progressing towards flat pancake
