Saturday 10th
SESSION 1: Handstand Fundamentals – 11am-1:30pm
- Open to all abilities
- Learn how to handstand from the ground up
- Full shoulder flexibility protocols
- Understanding modular approach to the practice
- How to tackle fear and other limitations
- Build a progression towards tuck, shapes and press
SESSION 2: Flexibility Fundamentals – 2:30pm-5pm
- Open to all abilities who want to improve their range of motion
- Master the fundamental to open the shoulders, hips and hamstrings
- Understand your weak links with assessments and specific exercises
- Use different methods to fast track flexibility
- Develop your own flexibility training plan to take away
Sunday 11th
SESSION 1: Master the Press – 11am-1:30pm
- Requires some handstand experience
- Take your handstand to the next level
- Breakdown complex skills to achieve press
- Unlock your shoulders and pancake for the perfect the press
SESSION 2: Advanced Flexibility – 2:30pm-5pm
- Open to all who want to achieve high level flexibility
- Work towards the big 4; front split, middle split, pancake and bridge
- Learn how to train be strong and mobile
- Use advanced methods to fast track flexibility
- Develop your own flexibility training plan to take away
